Declaration of the Vision<\/h3>\n

Where do we want to be in one, two and three years?
\nWhere are we going?
\nWhat kind of church we want to be?<\/p>\n

To become a church of disciples who make disciples.<\/strong> (Eph. 4:12-13)<\/p>\n

The goal of one year is for 50% of the church to be intentionally in the role of teaching others what it means to follow Jesus and how we should do it. \u200b
\nThe 2-year goal is 70%\u200b
\nThe 3-year goal is 90%\u200b[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”60px” alter_height=”none” hide_on_mobile=””][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Mission<\/h3>\n
